Beam Passthrough
Beam Passthroughs will allow you to make a continuous connection of your gutters through your beam, connecting multiple zones together for water management.
These passthroughs come in different sizes and configurations to fit a variety of beam widths. Allows for a standard Pergola 5-1/2" gutter to sit inside the channels with a solid and permanent connection to the beams. Made from Extruded Aluminum and powder coated for exact color match.

Gutter Corner
Gutter Corners come in inside or outside configurations. And can be customized for any angle. Most common is the 90 degree "inside" gutter corner- 4 gutter corners are typically needed per louvered zone or bay.
These gutter corners are designed for a 5-1/2" wide gutter to slip into. No more exact miter corner cuts with week seams. This solid and permanent gutter corner will keep a watertight seal for years with proper caulking.

Anchor Plate / Post Sleeve
HEAVY DUTY, GALVANIZED- 1/2" thick steel 1'x1' anchor plate with exact fit post sleeve welded onto plate. Post sleeve is 3/16" thick with pre drilled pilot holes to save bits. Post sleeve is 6-5/8" wide for exact fit on 7" hollow aluminum 1/8" vertical columns= NO NEED FOR SHIMS!
3/4" pre drilled at base for wedge anchors. The entire part is Hot Dipped Galvanized to eliminate the need for coating when in contact with aluminum post.
No shimming or painting required for these exact fit parts that will last the lifetime of the pergola.
Used for Lateral stability Momentum control. Eliminates the need for knee bracing or post notch attachment in most builds.
